By accessing and using Expensinator ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Expensinator is an expense tracking application that allows users to scan receipts, categorize expenses, and manage their financial records. The service includes both free and premium features accessed through a credit-based system.

3. Credit System

Premium features require credits which can be purchased through our secure payment system. Credits purchased do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase if you have not used any of the purchased credits. To request a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. User Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Receipt data and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features or promotions

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

In no event shall Expensinator, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Expensinator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
